Research on an Incremental Backup Method Based on CAD Engineering Data File

In the actual design process of products in the CAD field, it is often necessary to make changes to the designed models. When using full backup method, it occupies computer resources, consumes time, and affects engineering efficiency. Based on the data structure of CAD engineering data files, this article proposes an incremental backup method for CAD engineering datafiles, in order to reduce data transmission volume and improve the ability of CAD products to handle large-scale engineering data files.
