Design and implementation of digital information management system for water quality of Xinjiang army

Objective To develop a digital information management system for water quality of Xinjiang army. Methods System architecture of B/S and C/S, Oracle database and Power Builder 9.0 were involved in the development of the system which was composed of the function modules of monitoring, analysis, warning and comprehensive management.Results The system behaved well in function, interface, operation and safety. Conclusion The system may contribute to the standardized management of water quality monitoring, while still needs further improvement.
