Investigation of college mathematics teachers' classroom instruction decision- making ability——A case study of Guizhou Normal College

Classroom instruction decision- making ability is essential in the teaching process. The investigation reveals that college mathematics teachers' classroom instruction decision- making ability has the following advantages:a good selection and an appropriate expansion of textbook content; employment of a lot of body languages to assist teaching; multi- level assignments for students after class; taking a variety of assessment methods and making appropriate adjustment according to the actual situation of students' progress. There are also some deficiencies such as the oversimplified teaching methods and the inappropriate use of multimedia. Finally,the paper makes some recommendations to improve college mathematics teachers' classroom instruction decision- making ability.
