The problem of self-organization in the process of preparing students at the university is considered by the authors. The essence of the concept of «self-organization» is revealed and the analysis of the works of several authors is carried out. The purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the process of self-organization of the future teacher. To do this, the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, control, generalization were used in the work. The study was conducted on the basis of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, including for students receiving higher education in the specialty teacher. As a result, it can be determined that after the successful completion of the process of forming students' self-organization skills, they will develop a full-fledged system of principles that allows them to carry out psychological, pedagogical and organizational-pedagogical activities. The results obtained in the course of the study show that the process of developing the competencies of self-organization of a future teacher increases his professional level.
