: We’ve all heard of the wider IT skills shortage, but the lack of security skills in theindustry is even more critical. According to a report, ‘The Life and Times of CybersecurityProfessionals’ by the Enterprise Strategy Group and the Information Systems SecurityAssociation, IT workers that have specialist cyber-security skills are approached with a new joboffer at least once a week.2 In fact, 45% of organizations claim to be severely lacking in thisspecific area of talent.
