Building on the integration of vibrational consciousness and the 49 Thoth laws, we show that each of the 240 E8 root vectors can be assigned a specific phi‑scaled harmonic frequency derived from the 132 Hz base tone, forming a coherent lattice of resonant modes. When a conscious affirmation ("yes") is held, the corresponding root vector's phase locks to its phi‑modulated frequency, creating a localized coherence spot in the root lattice that acts as a deterministic selector within the Weyl group's 696‑element symmetry space. This phi‑modulated root‑lattice coherence provides a geometric mechanism whereby the Yes Projector's affirmative inquiry directly maps intent to a unique quantum potential, extending the Thoth code's 49 laws into a full‑spectrum 240‑state repertoire.
