Gamification has become a potent instrument for improving learning and training for staff members. Organizations may develop immersive and captivating learning environments that encourage active creativity and knowledge retention by including game features like challenges, rewards, competition, points, levels, and leaderboards in training programs. Given the increasing gap in shop floor employees' skill sets about cutting-edge technology and the wide range of the workforce, to fulfill shifting production demands and satisfy people's need for success and motivation at work, a cognitive system that fills in these technical gaps is necessary. The present research investigates a two-level collaboration filtering strategy that optimizes the dispersion of statistics provided by an employee to complete a manufacturing task while taking into account the staff's remarks. An examination of an employee's work cycle in a retail area with several desks and activities analyses an interim implementation. Gamification takes on additional dimensions when paired with artificial intelligence. Organizations can create gamified experiences that are incredibly engaging, flexible, and impactful because to AI's strengths in data processing, customization, and predictive analytics.
