Liver diseases and intestinal microorganisms are closely linked through the gut-liver axis, a biological pathway through which gut microbiota directly impact liver health. This paper employs the knowledge graph method to systematically query the literature information encompassing both liver diseases and intestinal microorganisms, and sift out the relevant data. Using a rank-based topic importance evaluation method, which includes keyword frequency calculation, keyword co-occurrence analysis, weighted keyword importance, and topic score calculation, we prioritized key topics related to liver diseases and intestinal flora. Through comprehensive data analysis, more scientific research references are provided for the treatment of liver diseases. In recent years, a growing number of studies have demonstrated that intestinal microorganisms play a crucial role in the metabolic decomposition of the liver and directly influence the development process of hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Patients with liver diseases frequently have varying degrees of intestinal flora disorders. If this disorder is not regulated, the condition may deteriorate. The reasonable addition of probiotics to regulate the intestinal flora can effectively retard the progression of liver diseases and enhance the treatment effect, offering a new perspective and potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases. Through the utilization of SPARQL query technology, relevant information is accurately extracted from the knowledge graph to provide robust reference suggestions for clinical treatment. This process offers a convenient and efficient platform for medical research and preliminarily verifies its application value in liver disease research.
