Cloud computing is the state-of-the-art revolution in Information Technology which removes the constraints on in-house physical machine resources and expertise. Cloud computing is facing a number of impediments in terms of energy consumption to the data centers and performance degradation to the end users, leaving some apprehensions within the Information Technology industry to adapt a vigorous participation in cloud computing. Towards a feasible solution to the current problem, this paper introduces a real practical experiment implemented on physical server layered with an innovated bare metal hypervisor consolidated with multiple numbers of virtual machines. The load test has been performed to check when the server becomes overloaded, under loaded, imbalance and idle. Based on the test performed, a unique technique/algorithm is proposed which can be implemented and tested to satisfy minimum energy consumption, minimum carbon emission and maximum quality of service.
