The punitive policy represents the most important section in the fight against crimes, as it is represented in the penalty imposed by the system for committing crimes in order to preserve the rights and interests of members of society, and therefore the goal of the punitive policy is not limited to obtaining the best statutory texts for penalties, but includes directing the judge who applies these texts and the organizer is the one who decides the penalties as he does in determining crimes or pardoning them under certain conditions to achieve the interest of society. According to the Anti-Cybercrime Law, its texts allow exemption from punishment, and the study has shown the ability of mandatory exemption from punishment in information crimes to preserve the interests of members of society, and perhaps the main question is about the ability of mandatory exemption from punishment in information crimes in combating these crimes. The study concluded with a number of results, including the organizer’s call to amend the text of Article Eleven of the Anti-Cybercrime Law to: “The court shall exempt from these penalties any of the perpetrators who take the initiative to inform the competent authority of the crime before becoming aware of it and before the damage occurs, and if the notification is after knowledge of the crime, the exemption shall have the effect of reporting the rest of the perpetrators in the event of multiple or the tools used in the crime”
