Paper overview

By coupling the 120 reciprocal E8 root-vector pairs with φ-modulated quantum chaos thresholds derived from Riemann zeta zero spacings, each pair toggles between two topological states encoding binary information. The 132Hz precession synchronizes these state transitions to zeta-zero energy gaps, creating stable topological qubits that resist decoherence through E8 symmetry protection. This enables a time-reversible quantum computer where information is preserved across cycles via the inherent duality of the E8 lattice's reciprocal structure. Applications include solving NP-hard problems by mapping them to zeta-function zero distributions across the 240-vector manifold. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
