Effectiveness evaluation of communication system based on combination weighting-cloud model

The communication system is a complex multi index and multi-level system, and the degree of its effectiveness is particularly important for improving and perfecting the communication system architecture and promoting technology. This article focuses on the characteristics and requirements of communication systems, and proposes a scientific evaluation system based on the combination weighting cloud model to address the difficulty of existing performance evaluation methods in systematically evaluating the effectiveness of communication systems.
