Abstract

In order to enable connectivity, the Internet of Things equips every physical object with sensors, microcontrollers, and transceivers. A suitable protocol is then devised stacks that let interact one another communicate with the users. Over traditional health monitoring systems, IoT-enabled remote health monitoring has many advantages. Smart things in the IoT case supply the data. There are many different IoT applications, focusing mostly on healthcare, which is what our initiative is about. In order to analyse healthcare data and monitor patients, healthcare systems create an IoT network using interconnected smart devices, automatically identifying situations that call for a doctor's assistance. The nature IoT resources as resources contains devices needed a unique authentication scheme that does not use a lot of computer and energy resources. The fundamental idea is to create a new class of applications through direct collaboration between smart sensors without the need for human intervention. Smart healthcare is important for healthcare applications because it embeds sensors and actuators into patients' bodies and their medications for tracking and monitoring purposes. This article has discussed how IoT is being used to the healthcare system, its challenges, and a review of related studies from the past. In addition, a potential strategy has been provided. Also proposed system used African buffalo optimization method to optimize the key which is used for encrypting the sensor data with the help of Blowfish Encryption to maintain the patient data and privacy safer when compare to any other present method. Even also the proposed system has less time consumption on both encrypt and decrypt the patent data before save in server.
