Abstract
This study proposes an ‘Early Childhood Convergence Education Curriculum’ tailored to young children's developmental stages and future talent cultivation. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing research on early childhood convergence programs and comparing them with the Nuri Curriculum. The study’s findings include: (1) The curriculum aims to foster holistic development by integrating play-based learning with creative and scientific problem-solving, communication, and character-building. (2) It comprises six educational content areas: physical movement, language, social relationships, arts, mathematics and science, and technology and engineering. (3) Teaching and learning methods involve an interactive, play-centered approach, emphasizing situational problem-solving and convergence thinking. (4) A structured evaluation framework, including an appropriateness checklist, was developed.
