Abstract
The article analyzes some aspects of training future primary school teachers to work in the conditions of inclusive education of younger schoolchildren. presented in scientific studios. Through the prism of inclusiveness, the need for changes in the higher education system regarding the training of future teachers, in particular primary school teachers, to work in conditions of inclusive education has been actualized. The growth of research interest in the creation of an inclusive environment in educational institutions as such, which provides all subjects of the educational process with opportunities for effective self-development, is evidenced. Attention is focused on the professional orientation of the training of future primary school teachers. Definitions of the readiness of elementary school teachers to work in the conditions of inclusive education as information awareness, knowledge of pedagogical technologies, mastery of the basics of psychology and correctional pedagogy, as a value orientation of the individual, motivation, pedagogical optimism, tolerance, didactic knowledge and methodical skills, as a result of pedagogical training, were analyzed. as an important condition and factor for ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process in conditions of inclusion. The professional training of future primary school teachers to work in the conditions of inclusive education of younger schoolchildren is defined as a purposeful process of specially organized training of applicants in a higher education institution, aimed at making them aware of the importance and necessity of creating a barrier-free educational environment in the future profession, adapted to the needs of each child. formation of knowledge, abilities and skills of individualization and differentiation in education and upbringing of children with special educational needs, providing all subjects of the educational space with opportunities for effective self-development.
