Research on Innovation-Profession Integration Skills Compass Design under Big Data

The advent of the big data era has brought about radical changes in all aspects of society. In this paper, theoretical system for the investigation and evaluation of entrepreneurial talents' abilities in the innovation-profession integration education is studied by big data. Focusing on the analysis of the existing difficulties in the lack of top-level design in innovation-profession education, this paper puts forward a skills compass model of innovation-profession skills based on big data technology to provide research value for the establishment of entrepreneurial talent training and evaluation system.
