Modern business conditions are changing very quickly, and therefore there are quite a few challenges for effective management in such a dynamic period of time. Some companies adapt quite quickly to current changes through the use of new technologies, while others continue to use classic, time-tested approaches. In such conditions, the reality is that companies with different approaches need to cooperate with each other, adapting to different types of management. To solve such problems, in our opinion, an effective approach is to build project teams that can quickly self-organize in response to current challenges. One of the optimal choices, in our point of view, is holacracy, because the principles of this management organization system allow to create project teams that have the potential to self-organize due to the ability to form a flexible horizontal management structure. In turn, it also should be noted that the study of the self-organization opportunities is carried out by synergetics, which focuses on the general features of complex behavior and the formation of management structures in the conditions of dynamic changes in the system that is why synergetics approaches will be taken into account in this investigation. Thus, holacracy can bring high development opportunities to now-day business, but at the same time, for a more effective development of such an approach, it is necessary to considered how this type of management will be used. It should be noted that now, in many companies in the world the remote work applies. According to this, the use of holacracy in such conditions requires more in-depth research and is very relevant issue today. In this regard we remark, that special attention should be paid to the creation of effective communication between team members, since the division of teams and their members can be varied and therefore the quality of information exchange must be ensured for the formation of stable management structures. For a more effective implementation of the principles of self-organization, this paper considers the possible desired attractors that can help maintain management stability and ensure the achievement of results.
