Republican Library for Science and Technology as the core center of sci-tech information on engineering and industrial technologies in Belarus: In times of change

The author examines the experience of Republican Sci-tech Library as the core agency of scitech information in the Republic of Belarus, with the focus on its role and challenges as the main depositary of STI resources. The main problems, prospects and vectors of development at the current stage are discussed.
