The model concept of sci-tech library of innovative organization

The author analyzes the status and experience of the sci-tech library of Dukhov Automatics Research Institute to introduce the model concept for sci-tech libraries of innovative enterprises. The concept must comprise the goal and tasks, terms, methods and tools to develop the library based on methodological principles as a part of knowledge management system. The author suggests the requirements to hard- and software, library collections and staffing within the context of general digitalization. The sample concept structure, examples of problem formulation and their solutions are discussed.
